What kinds of roles does Smile Partners hire for?

We hire across our practices and head office – including practice managers, treatment coordinators, dental assistants, sterilisation technicians, oral health therapists, hygienists, receptionists, and head office specialists in marketing, operations, finance, HR, IT, and clinical support. What's it like to work at Smile Partners?

Do you offer training and career progression?

Yes. We have structured onboarding, ongoing in-practice training, and a growing leadership development program. Many of our practice managers and senior leaders started in clinical support or front-of-house roles. We promote from within wherever we can.

Do I need orthodontic experience to apply?

Not always. We hire from across dental and broader healthcare, and we welcome strong candidates from outside the industry for roles where transferable skills are what matter (e.g. practice management, marketing, customer experience). For clinical roles, relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration are required.

Where are your practices and head office based?

We have 40+ practices across Australia and New Zealand, including locations in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, the Gold Coast, regional Victoria and Wellington (NZ). Our support office is based in North Sydney, with hybrid working in place.
