Working closely with clinicians, practice leaders, and partners, she focuses on building trusted relationships and long-term career pathways that support both personal and professional aspirations. Her role goes beyond recruitment—it’s about understanding what matters most to each orthodontist and ensuring Smile Partners is a place where they can thrive.

With over a decade of experience in healthcare recruitment, workforce planning, and employer branding, Leanne brings a deep understanding of how to support clinicians in making informed, confident decisions about their future. She is particularly passionate about helping orthodontists navigate career transitions – whether they’re relocating from overseas or across the country, stepping into practice ownership, or just starting out in their careers—ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.

Based on the Gold Coast, Leanne enjoys life by the ocean, travelling around Australia in her campervan with her husband, exploring new food destinations, and spending time with family in the UK whenever she can.

As Head of Practice Partnerships at Smile Partners, Jo works closely with orthodontists to explore potential partnerships and joint venture opportunities. This includes supporting a wide range of goals, from practice growth to transition-to-retirement planning.

Jo brings over 25 years of experience in the dental industry, spanning both clinical practice and commercial roles with leading organizations such as GC Australasia, Henry Schein, 3M Unitek, and Invisalign. This diverse background has given her a well-rounded understanding of both dentistry and orthodontics. Prior to joining Smile Partners, she spent 13 years at Invisalign, where she held several roles—including six years as National Sales Manager for the Orthodontic Channel across Australia and New Zealand.

Outside of work, Jo enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and beloved rescue fur babies. She’s also a passionate sports fan, with a particular love for AFL, tennis, and the English Premier League.
