As General Manager – Operations (North), Eric leads the Regional Manager team across New South Wales, Queensland, and the Northern Territory. He supports Smile Partners’ practices in delivering exceptional patient care and operational performance, working closely with orthodontists and their teams to drive growth, enhance the patient experience, and support day-to-day practice success.
Eric brings a strong background in orthodontic operations, strategy, and leadership, with over a decade of hands-on experience across high-performing practices and multi-site groups. Having worked in every key operational role within orthodontics, he brings a deep understanding of what enables practices to thrive, both clinically and commercially.
Outside of work, Eric enjoys keeping fit, discovering great coffee and food spots, and exploring his new home city of Sydney.
